We were recently invited to Lennox Farm to experience their incredible Field to Fork event. The main attraction was a four course meal designed by a chef, prepared and served on location in the field where most of the food is grown. Literally in the field. The ambience around the table was created by the setting sun, strings of garden lights and a local musician but prior to this, visitors toured the farm to learn about the growing process. We were even invited to pick some vegetables to take home. Truly an unforgettable experience.

We farm about 500 acres. We grow three main vegetables. We grow rhubarb, brussel sprouts, and English pod peas. Recently we’ve started a few different experiences on the farm. We call them Field to Fork Tour and Dinner Experiences. Our guests come and they get to take a tour of the farm, harvest some vegetables, and then have a catered four course meal in the field. We have an amazing local artist playing music for us. It’s a really amazing experience. Each of our dinners is prepared by a different chef. Every dinner is different and unique. We are working really, really hard to make sure that we are providing the community with access to local, fresh and healthy food. One of our core values is community. We believe that by working together and supporting each other, we will all grow.
