The Thialf is the largest crane vessel in the world. It visited Trinidad to install the Juniper platform. Having a long standing relationship with BP we were hired to film the arrival of the Thialf as it entered Trinidad’s waters in the Gulf of Paria. Our crew went out on a small vessel to film this monster of a ship. We were lucky it reached the harbour on a sunny calm day and we were about to capture these epic shots that show the scale of this vessel.
The Juniper platform was a milestone for Trinidad and Tobago and for BP and we were glad to be part of the story.
